Can you feel your qi? YES you can! This basic exercise will show you how. 🙏clap your hands together 🙏rub handpalms together 🙏hold handpalms 1-2cm apart from each other 🙏move slowly up and down and feel the magnetic pulling🙏now move handpalms slowly away and keep feeling the pulling. 🙏finish by clapping your hands together. Repeat this as much as you want to get used to feeling your Qi.

When winter approaches and daylight fades, many people notice their sleep becomes lighter, shorter, or more restless. Your body needs a stronger cue to shift from wakefulness to rest, and slow breathing can help you make that transition with ease.

🌙 Can’t sleep during perimenopause?
In Chinese Medicine, this often means your 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗞𝗶𝗱𝗻𝗲𝘆 𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗴𝗶𝗲𝘀 are out of balance, your inner “fire” and “water” not supporting each other as they should.

🔥 Experiencing hot flushes or night sweats?

In Chinese Medicine, this is often linked to 𝐘𝐢𝐧 𝐝𝐞𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐲, when the body’s natural cooling system becomes a bit “dry.”

✨ To restore balance, try adding more cool Yin foods such as cucumber, pear, or mint tea.

At the same time, limit coffee, alcohol, and spicy foods: these can add extra heat to the system.
