๐ฟ 1. Morning Stretch
Stand tall, feet hip-width apart. Roll your shoulders backward and forward. Reach your arms up toward the sky, inhale deeply, then exhale slowly. Opens your meridians & wakes up your body.
๐ฟ 2. Belly Breathing
Sit or stand upright. Inhale deeply into your belly (not your chest). Exhale slowly through your nose or mouth. Calms your mind & nourishes your energy.
๐ฟ 3. Shoulder & Neck Release
Gently roll your shoulders backward 5 times, then forward 5 times. Tilt your head slowly from side to side. Melts away tension & improves circulation.
