5 days of Iyengar yoga practice with an amazing group of people. We had fun while learning, we challenged ourselves while being light in the heart and in the soul.

A big thank you to W***y Bok that with his constant work and commitment has trained all of us, along many years, and brought us together, again, to share the same passion: Iyengar yoga.

Yoga is a path and when you have the right people walking with you the journey becomes even more interesting.

Zehra Proch, is a certified Iyengar Yoga teacher, dancer and
choreographer.

Along her path she has gathered body-knowledge
through many different practices, such as contemporary dance, karate, Feldenkrais, Yoga and more. In all those approaches, the body stands as a central subject. All together they enlighted her sensitivity and
diverse insight on structure, function and usage of the human body and mind. Especially the Iyengar Yoga method allowed her to dive deeper,
discovering and learning through her own body and sharing that
knowledge with others.

Transmitting the gifts and inspirations she receives, is her first and foremost motivation, no matter if in making art or in teaching Yoga.

Zehra has studied under the guidance of Ann Brosens, W***y Bok, Ido Manor and regularly goes to study at the Ramami Iyengar Memorial Yoga Institute in Pune (India).
