Our Chat & Talks, aimed at new mums, combine information on a relevant subject with the opportunity to meet and connect. They take place Wednesday mornings @ our Clubhouse in Ixelles and are good fun and great to get out of the house. Babies and also older children are of course welcome!

These wonderful gatherings are hosted by Early Day Supporter Jo Audrey who is a UK-trained nurse and has vast experience in working with new mothers and on early parenting topics.

Small Talk Spring edition is live - and what a great read it is!

You will be over the moon to learn about a place that combines enthusiasm & knowledge for family cycling with the willingness to share experiences and ideas, to support each other, weather you're a beginner or an advanced family cyclist (spoiler: it's the Family Cycling chat in our WhatsApp Community!). The days now slowly getting longer and warmer, BCT member Sabina shares a wonderful line up of tips for family camping in Belgium. With a baby or slightly older children, there is something for everyone - even in Brussels! Furthermore, we've got a reassuring explanation of what sleep regressions are, at what age and why they usually occur, and most importantly what tired parents can do. BCT member Alison share her tips for a family visit in Amsterdam, we're looking at Sophrology and its well being benefits, lots of interesting and fun events in Spring and, as always, the latest news from our many groups. This is so important!

The safest cot for a baby is a clear cot. That means removing anything that isn’t essential, including toys and teddies.

Babies need just two items in their cot:

1. A firm, flat, waterproof mattress.

2. Lightweight bedding or a sleeping bag.

It’s important to remove anything that isn’t essential because items such as toys, blankets and bumpers could cover their face and obstruct their breathing.

Spring has officially arrived and we are excited to once again bring our members this popular event with Cailey, a professional and experienced photographer, who takes beautiful family photos (the whole family or just the kids or in whatever constellation you want them within the 15 minutes session).

The photo shoot will take place on Sunday, 7 June at our Clubhouse in Ixelles.
A family session costs 75€ and it includes:
* 15 minutes photo session
* 2 professional, digital photos in high resolution
* additional digital and print products can be purchased
