Don’t get us wrong — we love a good handstand.
But when we think of progress in yoga practice, there are dozens of other things we’d like to see you experience before you can stand on your hands. Your transformation on the mat begins with the breath, and just keeps gaining momentum the longer you stick with it.
These are just some of the skills you will gain a few months into yoga practice, and the longer you run the course, the sweeter it all becomes.
