This is the type of appointment that makes me so happy 😊. In February this man arrived from his endocrinologist with an insulin resistance and high cholesterol, a bit overweight (under-muscled) for his age. We worked together as a team of 4, with his wife and their fitness coach (once a week) and in 4 months, all of his blood markers are now in range, he lost 6kg of fat and feels great! Small progressive changes in the way he eats, he moves, he sleeps lead to a great result. # I love my job !
