The Sutherland Cranial Teaching Foundation Inc. was founded in the U.S.A. by William Garner Sutherla

The Basic Course is a five day course (40 hours) with a multiple choice test on the last day (70% pass mark). Advanced courses last usually two days (16 hours) and sometimes one day and a half (12 hours). The number of hours is proportional to the number of accreditation units,overseen by and in line with the regulations of the Public Health. It is necessary to complete two basic courses before at

tending advanced courses. Approved Basic Courses are organized by SCTF (USA) SCTF Belgium, the Cranial Academy, and the Basic course of Viola FRYMANN, D.O., FAAO. After completing two basic courses and three advanced courses, the student is awarded a certificate of "competency".
