The European Healthcare Students' Associations' Summit (EHSAS) met for the quarterly catch up on issues and knowledge transfer between Associations!
The European Healthcare Students’ Associations’ Summit (EHSAS) is an umbrella organisation representing over 650,000 healthcare students and recent graduates across Europe. The Board consists of representatives from four European healthcare associations: European Pharmaceutical Students’ Association (EPSA), European Dental Students’ Association (EDSA), European Medical Students’ Association (EMSA) and European Federation of Psychology Students’ Associations (EFPSA).
The Board of EHSAS meets four times a year to collaborate on joint policy and advocacy projects to benefit the healthcare student population. Current policy projects include interprofessional education, mental health, digitalisation in healthcare and human rights.
Each year, the chair of EHSAS is transferred to one of the four associations. This year, in charge of supervising EHSAS's activity is EDSA's Vice President of External Affairs - Neil Unnadkat.
