My Life Healing Ik ben gecertificeerd Yoga Teacher in Hatha yoga, Yin yoga, vinyasa yoga en Gentle yoga. Ik wou graag zoveel mogelijk te weten te komen over yoga.

Yoga kreeg, na mijn opleiding bij Yogalife International, een vaste plaats in mijn leven. Naast mijn job als kleuterleidster ondervond ik de behoefte om het rust, ontspanning en reflectie in te bouwen. Ik besloot om mezelf wat meer ruimte te geven en dieper in te gaan op het verkennen en beoefenen van yoga. Deze nieuwsgierigheid hielp me de keuze te maken om begin 2020 een 200 uur opleiding te gaan volgen bij Yogalife International. In september 2021 heb ik de opleiding Sadhana yoga 100H en heb mijn opleiding Advanced Teacher Training Anatomy 100H afgerond in december 2021. Hierdoor ben ik opgeleid tot volwaardig Yoga docent. Ik blijf me steeds in deze kennis en vaardigheden verdiepen. Na het vergaren van alle deze kennis wil ik heel graag mijn enthousiasme, over de vele positieve effecten die ikzelf heb mogen ervaren tijdens het ondergaan van deze opleiding, doorheen mijn lessen met anderen delen.

✨ Just this week here, and next week I’m off on a little adventure to South Africa 🌍💛

Excited, a bit nervous, and most of all, inviting myself to open my heart, embrace vulnerability, and push my boundaries – physically and emotionally.

I’ll be riding horses in the wild, connecting with nature, and deepening my yoga in a space where strength, freedom, and presence meet 🐎🧘‍♀️. Every pose, every movement feels like a mirror of this journey: learning to trust, letting go, opening the heart, and expanding my horizon – literally and figuratively.

For me, this trip isn’t just about exploring the world; it’s about inner expansion. My yoga and the connection with the horses become a metaphor for courage, freedom, and vulnerability 🌿✨

Can’t wait to live, feel, and integrate this adventure – and maybe inspire you to gently explore your own boundaries 💛
