🌟 The European Resuscitation Council is proud to support life-saving training in Ghana 🇬🇭

Through the donation of essential resuscitation training equipment, ERC has contributed to a national initiative led by Global Life Savers Inc. in collaboration with the Ghana Police Service and the National Ambulance Service.

💙 Thanks to this initiative, several hundred police officers have been trained in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and other life-saving skills. As first responders, their ability to act in the first critical minutes can make the difference between life and death.
By providing CPR manikins, we helped to make hands-on, high-quality training possible — ensuring that participants can practise realistic scenarios, build confidence, and be better prepared to respond in emergencies.

❤️ We extend our sincere thanks to Laerdal and Lufthansa Group for their generous support. Their contribution has been instrumental in enabling this impact.

♥️ The European Resuscitation Council (ERC) is excited to announce the successful implementation of a national CPR training initiative in Ghana, supported through essential training equipment donations. In collaboration with Global Life Savers Inc., the Ghana Police Service, and the National Ambulance Service, this initiative strengthens first response capabilities by equipping police officers with vital skills in CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS). As first responders, officers are crucial in improving survival outcomes during emergencies. This program has successfully trained hundreds of officers through a blend of theoretical instruction and hands-on practice, ensuring they are prepared to act effectively. The ERC’s provision of CPR manikins and Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs) not only facilitates high-quality training but also fosters sustainable educational programs, inspiring a future where more lives can be saved through effective emergency response.
