Iced Peach Punch Recipe
Ingredients:
1 packet Country Time Peach Iced Tea (Zero Sugar)
1 packet Crush Peach Singles To Go!
1 tall glass of cold water (about 20–24 oz)
Ice cubes
Fresh peach slices (optional for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Fill a large frosted mug with cold water.
2. Add both drink mix packets.
3. Stir thoroughly until completely dissolved.
4. Add ice cubes and a few peach slices for that juicy visual pop.
5. Serve chilled and enjoy your fruity refreshment!

My zero to one point Triple Berry Cheesecake breakfast.
A cup of Plain fat free Greek Yougurt
One tablespoon of sugar free Cheesecake pudding mix (or more to your taste..determines point value)
Fresh berries of your choice.
I've also used the banana flavored pudding as well.

Cherry cheesecake jars, yumm low point dessert
So here is the recipe
Ingredients:
2 heaping Tbsp 0% Fat Free Greek Yogurt
1/4 cup of Vanilla Protein shake
2 Tbsp sugar free vanilla INSTANT pudding
2 Tbsp cherry pie filling (No added sugar)
Mix the Greek yogurt with the pudding mix. It will be very clumpy. Gradually add the protein shake and stir until it is the consistency of a thick pudding, keeping in mind it will set up a little more in the fridge. It may be less or more than 1/4 cup.
Add the pie filling to the top, cover and refrigerate.
As it is, the entire recipe is 3 points. I usually split it into 2 small containers since it is plenty sweet for me.
If you want to crumble 2 graham crackers to the top, add 2 points. I used vanilla wafers once. Add 2 points for 5 mini wafers.

Today was a treat day! Today was day 100 for me!! I haven’t really missed anything, but just felt like a treat. Had chicken and green beans for dinner, just so I could enjoy this dessert! Cold Stone has Skinny Vanilla ice cream for 9 points. Mixed in marshmallow cream and bananas for a yummy 10 point treat!! (And still had 6 daily points left!) This program is very doable! Down 31 lbs from start, 27 more to go! Over halfway there.

Meal prep for today.
Breakfast- 2 boiled eggs, 3 medium strawberries, hand full of blueberries, half a medium mandarin orange.
Lunch- Aldi humus, 6 savoritz garden vegetable crackers and a babybel light.

A HUGE HIT!!
Super easy & delicious dessert!
Ingredients for cheesecake mixture-
2 cups of HWC
1 package SF Cheesecake pudding mix
Whipped with a mixer until tight peaks and is evenly incorporated
Crumble ingredients
1stick of butter
1cup or almond flour
1tsp vanilla
1/3cup golden monkfruit
Dash of cinnamon
In a separate bowl melt one stick of butter,
Add 1 cup of almond flour, roughly 1tsp of vanilla, roughly 1/3 cup of golden monkfruit and dash of cinnamon, mix that up and spoon ontop lr cheesecake, then I kinda smoothed in around.
Finally I added cut up strawberries, blackberries and blueberries.
I hope you all love this as much as everyone did at my nephews birthday party today
