Vandaag stelde AFT met veel plezier haar ruimtes ter beschikking voor een boeiende opleiding georganiseerd door Voetvorm.

Het centrale thema? Fietsbiomechanica en blessurepreventie bij wielrenners 🚴‍♂️

De opleiding werd verzorgd door Ingrid en Yannick van de Nederlandse podotherapiepraktijk Profysic — experten in sportpodotherapie, met een sterke focus op wielrennen.

Het werd een inspirerende dag waarin theorie en praktijk naadloos samenkwamen, met aandacht voor houding, beweging en het voorkomen van blessures op de fiets.
