Bij deze patiënt werd een transconjunctivale onderste ooglidcorrectie uitgevoerd — een techniek waarbij via de binnenzijde van het ooglid wordt gewerkt, zonder zichtbaar litteken aan de buitenzijde.

Tijdens de ingreep werden de vetkussentjes (fat pads) zorgvuldig bijgetrimd om wallen te corrigeren.
Om het volumeverlies rondom het oog te compenseren, werd lipofilling toegepast, wat niet alleen volume herstelt maar ook zorgt voor verjonging van de weefsels.

Het resultaat is een frisse, uitgeruste en natuurlijke uitstraling, zonder het karakter van het gelaat te veranderen.

De bestaande borstprotheses werden vervangen door iets kleinere ergonomische
implantaten (300 cc in plaats van 380 cc) en van achter de spier naar voor de spier geplaatst.
