My top 3 favorites: breakfast edition ☕️
Homemade granola with yogurt
- Oatmeal
- Chiaseeds
- Flaxseeds
- Pumpkin seeds
- Sunflower seeds 🌻
- Nuts: cashew, almond, walnut, hazelnut...
- Coconut powder 🥥
- Cacao (dark) powder
- Almond milk
Mix all the ingredients and put it for 30-40min (depending on the quantity) in a preheated oven.
Mix it up from time to time, so it's evenly baked.
Let it cool and add some dark chocolate as topping
( Yes, I do love 🍫 )
Take 2 big spoons of skyr (or any yogurt rich in protein) and mix with 2 spoons of your homemade granola. Add some blueberries or any fruit of your choice.
