Dear all, I am doing a research on something and as a side line, I was struck by the statistics I found about adolescents' well being. It seems to stand out amongst other numbers, in a bad way:( So, I made some research about what can be key points for us, parents to help our kids to cope, especially in the long run, and I thought to share it here. It is based on research and I included the links where I could. I am one of all those mothers who struggle, so I tried to keep it realistic. If it helps just one kid get better, or not get worse, it was worth it:
