💫 Speculoos Protein Cookies 🍪

The perfect lil treat to have on hand as for breakfast, pre or post work out snack.
To share or just to keep them for yourself, that’s up to you 😏

Ingredients 7 till 9 cookies:
-100gr gluten free oats
-75gr speculoos whey protein
-2 ripe bananas
-3 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
-1 tsp baking powder
-50gr raisins
-extra biscoff cookie crumble
-sweetener drops to taste

Instructions:
Preheat the oven on 180 degrees.⁣
Line in a cookie sheet with parchment paper.⁣
Mash your bananas and set aside.⁣
In a small bowl, combine speculoos whey protein and milk until you receive a thick cake batter like texture.⁣
In another bowl, add oats & baking powder together.
Then add in the mashed bananas, whey protein & sweetener drops. Mix until combined.⁣
Fold in the raisins & scoop your batter onto the prepared baking sheet. Top of with some extra biscoff crumble.
Bake your cookies for 15 minutes.
Let cool completely before serving.⁣

ARE YOU HAVING ENOUGH OF VITAMIN D? 🥩🍳

The chances are, since we are in western Europe, that you are not getting enough direct sunlight.

Bummer! And not only for your tan or the enjoyable warm weather...

Vitamin D is produced in our bodies when we receive direct sunlight. But fortunately, when you don’t live in a sunny country, you can compensate this with certain foods and supplements. Which is something we strongly advice. Because the effects of low Vitamin D and the benefits of having enough, are drastically underrated.  .

Despite it’s name, it is actually a hormone rather than a vitamin. And your body is not functioning properly without it!

Having too little will cause problems with your bones, muscles, immune system, and mood. You could also have more inflammation and pain.
For men it is also important to note that Vitamin D is essential for the formation of s***m cells and the production of natural and free testosterone.

Foods which are highest in Vitamin D: Cod liver, salmon, sardines, beef liver, egg yolks.

Most people have the wrong idea about how much time it’s going to take to accomplish their goals.

They expect the actions they take today to give them results tomorrow…

But that’s never the case.

You have to understand this…

No matter who the f**k you are…

Or what the f**k you do…

You can’t speed up time.

You have to be patient.

On the other hand...

You can't just f**k off and expect things to happen "with time.”

You have to be urgent in your daily actions to achieve your biggest goals 5, 10, and 20 years down the road.

This is a concept I call aggressive patience.

You have to be aggressive with working toward your goals every single day...
..and at the same time...

You have to be patient, and understand that it's going to take a lot longer than you think to get where you want to go.

Once you master this skill of aggressive patience…

Nothing will stand in the way of you accomplishing big s**t in life.

That's a fact.
