Today I got to share what I love about teaching yoga & being a studio owner/manager w an engaging group of 11-14 y olds at BEPS International School of Brussels . It was FUN! 🤩

The kids had great questions and their enthusiasm was infectious - wish I could bottle up their never-ending energy! We even did some yoga - my favourite “plant a garden” massage, some partner poses, including a partner tree pose, but of course! 🌳💫💖

It’s moments like this that remind me why I love yoga & how much our beautiful community at the Tree of Life means to me 🙏

Bij Tree of Life Yoga staat Courtenay aan de basis van een plek waar beweging, rust en bewustzijn centraal staan.

✔️ Courtenay – startte samen met haar man Stijn in 2012 de yogastudio in de Nieuwstraat. Intussen groeide Tree of Life Yoga uit tot een ruime studio met meerdere zalen en een zen tuin, gedragen door een team dat grotendeels uit vrouwen bestaat.

Met een gevarieerd aanbod van yoga, pilates, shiatsu en soundbaths creëerde zij een omgeving waar iedereen kan werken aan kracht, mobiliteit, balans en innerlijke rust.

“Anusara came alive for me today” a student told me after class. ❤️ Wow …. And YESsssssssss!

Today we chanted the mantra “Lokah Samastah Sukhino Bhavantu” — which means “May all beings be happy & free and may all my thoughts, words and actions be such that they bring more happiness & freedom to the world.” In times of uncertainty it can bring stability and peace.

Chanting all together, moving/ breathing all together, raising the frequency of LOVE, 1 breath, 1 world, 1 ❤️ … the heart of consciousness that unites us all, a reminder that we are not alone, not separate ❤️.

Let’s chant more & spread peace, love & light far and wide! ☮️ ❤️💫😍🙏❤️☮️💫😍
