Asymptomatic tooth 46
The patient already full split another tooth (clenching) / extracted
So this time when I saw this strange line on the occlusal surface we decided to treat before the catastrophic failure
Nothing to see on the X-ray though
Someone will tell I didn’t dissected the crack enough but I did go to the distal deepest part of it I knew I could dissect it through the pulp
So I stopped and went to ribbons crack bridging with SRDC build up and overlay compression

⏩ We need to take of what we do ! This tooth was a !! 2 different composites (and 2 different dentists) and some thick and un useful biodentine… so we need to get rid of the past in the way… and keep the tooth ridge and the most tooth structure we can… so :

Sometimes the diagnosis is bad... vertical tooth fracture... means extraction... replaced with single implant and screw retained crown... since a got my 3 diplomas in implantology I tried everyday to save before extract...
