Asymptomatic tooth 46
The patient already full split another tooth (clenching) / extracted
So this time when I saw this strange line on the occlusal surface we decided to treat before the catastrophic failure
Nothing to see on the X-ray though
Someone will tell I didn’t dissected the crack enough but I did go to the distal deepest part of it I knew I could dissect it through the pulp
So I stopped and went to ribbons crack bridging with SRDC build up and overlay compression

I hope you like the case… I’m the crack magnet 🧲 now hahahaha right .sung_dds

So good to get rid of this removable denture when you’re a young adult !!
