L’hypertrophie ne se résume pas à “faire des exercices”.

Créer de la tension dans une position étirée, aller chercher un certain niveau d’effort et comprendre l’objectif derrière chaque mouvement : voilà ce qui fait réellement progresser.

Parce qu’au final, il n’existe pas de “mauvais exercice”. Tout dépend du contexte, de l’objectif et de la manière dont il est utilisé.
