Why the cellular level therapy matters?

1) Cells drive everything

Every structure in the body is made of cells:
• muscle
• tendon
• ligament
• bone
• skin
• nerves

So if cells function better → the whole tissue performs better.

2) Recovery happens inside cells

True healing doesn’t happen on the surface. It happens when cells can:
• produce enough energy (ATP)
• regulate inflammation
• repair damage
• communicate properly with other cells

If the cells don’t function well, healing slows down no matter what you do externally.

3) Pain & inflammation are cellular processes

Pain, inflammation, and tissue stiffness are not just mechanical problems, they are linked to:
• cellular stress
• oxygen delivery
• inflammation pathways
• fluid exchange between cells

So working at a cellular level can address the root cause, not just symptoms.

4) Surface treatments only go so far

Stretching, massage, and topical treatments affect:
• circulation
• muscle tone
• fascia

But they don’t always reach deeper processes like:
• cellular energy production
• inflammatory signaling
• tissue regeneration

A therapy that reaches cellular level aims to influence those deeper processes.

5) Long-term changes require cellular adaptation

For lasting improvements in:
• mobility
• recovery
• tissue quality
• resilience

…cells need to adapt and improve function, not just temporarily feel looser.

Working on a cellular level matters because:
• that’s where healing starts
• that’s where dysfunction begins
• and that’s where long-term change happens

The best you can do to your horse is support it inside out. Chosing right therapy is crucial. Pulsed Electromagnetic Field is a non-invasive, drug-free therapy that supports the body at a cellular level. Works not only at surface level, but deep inside the body and even through bone.

WHY PEMF?

It doesn’t mask symptoms. It supports how the body functions and recovers.

Used for:
• Supporting circulation
• Helping reduce inflammation
• Relieving discomfort & pain
• Waste removal ( toxins, lactic acid )
• Supporting tissue repair processes
• Supporting tendon & ligament recovery
• Supporting bone healing processes (e.g. fractures)
• Supporting difficult wound healing
• Supporting hoof health
• Supporting immune function
• Supporting lymphatic flow (less swelling)
• Promoting muscle relaxation
• Reducing tension & stiffness
• Regulating the nervous system (stress reduction)
• Supporting overall performance & wellbeing

Not just relaxation. Support from the inside out.

Step by step guide how to get free therapy 😅 to be honest, this was a both way therapy session. ❤️

Sometimes less is more.. Tight areas might get very sensitive and we would think that the bigger the issue the bigger the power needed to fix it, but most of the time and especially with horses that is not the case. Horses are very sensitive animals and usually the soft aproach works best. If we go too strong too fast - the system blocks and that makes any kind of therapy not as effective.

Crosstapes are the great help for horses that are highly sensitive or we need ‘help’ to extend the effect of improved circulation. And as you can see, they can feel pretty good aswel 🌸

It’s a tough pill to swallow, but waiting for obvious lameness means we’ve already missed the early warnings. Lameness is not the beginning of a problem. It’s the result of one that has been building over time - often silently.

So what comes before it?

Subtle changes:
– loss of fluidity in movement
– stiffness at the start that improves with work
– resistance in transitions

These are not “off days.” They are early indicators that something is developing beneath the surface. In most cases, this points to low-grade, ongoing inflammation.

Not from one single cause, but from accumulation:
– mechanical stress
– micro-injuries
– poor saddle fit
– compensation patterns
– inadequate recovery

The body adapts until it can’t anymore. By the time lameness appears, the system has already been under strain for a while.

Recognizing these early signs changes everything.

It allows you to:
– adjust workload before breakdown
– support circulation and recovery
– address the cause, not just the symptom

Because once it becomes obvious, it’s already progressed.

Prevention is not optional.
It’s what keeps horses performing.

Will I ever get tired of this view? Probably not.😜 Knowing I do help horses to feel their best and seeing them to enjoy it at the same time making my heart full. 🫶 Continue to thank everyone who trusts me with their horses!

My horse is fine without any bodywork - he feels great. Some people say. Let me tell you something.
Workload, muscle tension, inflammation, fascia restrictions or previous injuries can all reduce normal blood flow in the tissues. Over time this can lead to stiffness, compensation and reduced performance. And all of that often lead to INJURIES if not adressed early.

Supporting circulation means supporting the body’s natural ability to recover, adapt and stay resilient. Even it looks like your horse is feeling conpletely fine and never lame - believe me when I say - all horses carry tension and have their unbalances. Just some of them are very good at hiding it!

Think about it yourself. Sometimes you feel sore, not comfortable, but it does not mean suddenly you move different - you adapt. And people around you would not even know you feel the discomfort! Same with horses. If your horse starts to show any discomfort signs - you are already too late with adressing his needs and it will take longer to recover.

Pulsed Electromagnetic Field therapy supports microcirculation and helps improve oxygen delivery through the tissues. This supports relaxation of muscles and soft tissues and promotes recovery in joints, tendons, ligaments and muscles.

Regular PEMF sessions are key to keeping your horse in its peak condition and combining it with other bodywork techniques makes the results of each therapy last even longer!

Preparation or recovery? Which one matters more? When it comes to performance horses, both play a different role.

Before competition
PEMF can help prepare the body for effort by supporting circulation, loosening muscle and fascial tension and improving mobility. The goal is activation – helping the horse feel ready, balanced and responsive.

After competition
PEMF supports the recovery process. It helps the body restore circulation, release accumulated tension and support cellular repair after physical effort.

So what is more important? Preparation helps the horse perform at its best. Recovery helps the horse stay sound and resilient over time. And thats why regular sessions are the key to success. You get both.

Performance is not only about training.
It is also about how well the body is prepared and how well it recovers.

One of the biggest “guilty pleasure” for me, when a ‘special’ horse accepts and enjoys the session. 🥰 Very often owners get worried that their horse will not enjoy it or get scared, but 9/10 times, they do appreciate the sessions and they very quickly understand that it feels good🤩

Improved circulation helps relief tension and pain, reduce inflammation and speeds up recovery in the tissues. Result - happy and more comfortable feeling horse.🐎

Let’s all agree. This is the priority of “MUST HAVE” in our everyday life 😂 or at least Kelly thought so..😇
