Sick and tired about being sick and tired?

Tried working out, pushing yourself, nagging, crying, depression, bouts of manic energy and lying flat on the ground? Binging and diets on food and media laced with self-medicating?

There are a lot of myths about Kundalini Yoga. In essence what it does is incorporating movement, dynamic breathing techniques, meditation, and the chanting of mantras to make you feel better.

The goal is to feel good about you, content with your life and to create the change you need through your increased vitality. Who’s Param Kaur? I’m a IKYTA Level 2 certified kundalini yoga teacher and I teach kundalini yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan.

Aside that I coach execs and business leaders and am a motivational speaker. I have a corporate governance background, a military rank, a background in arts and a keen interest in classical music. Experienced hiker and globetrotter. All in all a professional trouble maker and a challenger of status quo able to get across in seven languages.
