A lot to finish before Christmas? Don’t forget to take breaks.

Research shows that short microbreaks can reduce fatigue during the workday. Giving yourself at least ten minutes also helps your brain recharge and perform better.

So remember to make room for recovery at work too. A couple of comfortable armchairs or a relaxed lounge area can make a big difference!
