To feel good and perform well, we need to see ergonomics in a broader perspective. At Kinnarps we usually divide it into two main parts:

→ Physical environment – The characteristics of the space and how they influence wellbeing and performance. 🧠

“For a piece of furniture to pass the test, nothing must break, no cracks are allowed, and certainly no major deformation.”

At our accredited test lab we have been putting furniture to the test according to international standards since 1994.

Testing a piece of furniture takes about three weeks – and corresponds to the furniture’s entire lifetime for a user weight of up to 110 kilos!

Today is the Swedish Cinnamon Bun Day!

Whether it’s Cinnamon Bun Day or not, when you visit Kinnarps you might be greeted by the scent of freshly baked buns.

For us, the pastry is not only a classic on the coffee table – it’s also part of our history. ☕️

Evy Andersson, who founded Kinnarps together with her husband Jarl, had a tradition of serving fresh cinnamon buns to customers visiting the factory in Kinnarp.

A tradition that still lives on today! 💙
