As President of REBUSSA, I am committed to food safety to reduce foodborne diseases and improve public health. My background, research, and skills strengthen this commitment, with a particular focus on good practices (agricultural, livestock, food, laboratory, and nutritional), awareness-raising, and the fight against antimicrobial resistance.
