Nick is strength and conditioning coach who teaches natural training WITHOUT the hype of food supplements and sports enhancing chemicals (steroids and growth hormones). Nick tailors people's diet and training to their individuality and their life's circumstances. Showing people how to become their own teacher to know what to do in their own training. This personal training is reccomended for:
- People who have gained weight and need to get back in shape
- Young men, that want to build their bodies
- Women who want to look and feel good.

Training frequency is a very individual thing. If you are consistently able to have productive workouts on the frequency you are using at the moment, then don’t change it.
As a guide though 2-3 workouts a week for those who train without sports enhancing drugs and perhaps twice a week when you are training at your hardest, due to the requirements for extra recuperation.
