The word reflexology means reflection. According to this approach, each of our body's organs has a representation in the foot, where it is reflected almost as if in a small mirror. Reflexology is an ancient method: ancient wall paintings depicting reflexology treatment were discovered in the pyramids of Egypt, paintings from 3,000 years ago of a woman massaging a patient's feet were discovered in India, and evidence of knowledge of this teaching was also discovered in China and among the Native Americans in America.

Yesterday I got a new topic for my next “Therapy cards circle”
While I’m stirring the earth, refreshing it, I imagine how I refresh issues within me that are no longer useful to me. Just like removing weeds from the earth, which like to exploit the beautiful plants or vegetables and prevent them from growing…. In parallel, so in our lives, sometimes we leave within us feelings or thoughts that prevent us from developing and growing, or perhaps negative energies that are magnetized to us and prevent us from staying with our positive energy.

So my next session will be… Ny inner garden”
