Established in 1998 as a 100% private company OPTIX specializes in design and manufacturing of optical components, opto-mechanical and opto-electronic assemblies and devices for military and law enforcement applications. Competently applying the modern technologies, OPTIX executes the entire production cycle – from design and implementation of prototypes to serial production of components, assembl

ies and devices. The production meets all the requirements of European and world standards – DIN, MIL, ISO, BS. The contemporary design, ergonomic and high technical characteristics of the products are comparable to the best world samples and excite a well-founded interest of the leading companies in the optical, medical and defense industries. 🔧 Какво ще правиш:
• Извършваш входящ, междинен и изходящ контрол на механични детайли;
• Измерваш и проверяваш с класически измервателни инструменти – шублери, микрометри, индикатори, висотомери и др.;
• Работиш с трикоординатна измервателна машина (CMM) и измервателен микроскоп – според нуждите на производството;
• Попълваш протоколи и доклади, работиш по зададени инструкции;
• Съдействаш на производствения екип при установяване на несъответствия, отбелязваш ги коректно и навреме;
• Следиш за съответствие с чертежи, толеранси и технологични изисквания.

🎯 Изисквания:
• Средно специално или висше техническо образование (машинен профил);
• Опит в производствен контрол или механична обработка – минимум 1 година;
• Умения за работа с измервателни средства – задължително;
• Опит с CMM или измервателен микроскоп – ще се счита за предимство (но не е задължителен);
• Умение за четене на техническа документация и чертежи;
• Отговорност, точност, дисциплина, внимание към детайла.
