На 20 март 2026 г. екипът на ОПТИКС имаше честта да посрещне Н. Пр. Донг-бе Ким – Посланик на Република Корея в България, който осъществи официално посещение в производствената база на компанията в Панагюрище.

Посланикът бе приветстван от изпълнителния директор на ОПТИКС, инж. Иван Чолаков, както и от екипа на Дирекция „Маркетинг и продажби“. Визитата започна с фирмена презентация, в която бяха представени основните направления на ОПТИКС, технологичните ѝ възможности и международните постижения на компанията. В срещата участва и кметът на община Панагюрище, г-н Желязко Гагов. Специален акцент бе поставен върху иновациите и развитието на високотехнологични решения в областта на оптиката и оптоелектрониката.

Н. Пр. Донг-бе Ким разгледа монтажните звена за термовизионни системи и изпитателната лаборатория на ОПТИКС, където се извършват комплексни тестове за качество и надеждност на изделията. Посланикът се запозна отблизо с производствените процеси, контрола на качеството и внедряването на съвременни технологии в производството.

Срещата завърши с дискусия за възможности за бъдещо сътрудничество и партньорства.
