Happy to introduce you our sixth international guest lector - Dr. Alessandro Fenoglio, who has graduates with a Degree in Medicine and Surgery at the University of Turin in 1993. He completes his specialization in Orthopedics and Traumatology on November in 1999. In service at the SC of Hand Surgery of the CTO -ICORMA Hospital as Medical Director, from 31 December 1999. He has attended multiple congresses a speaker mainly in Turin, Austria, the UK and The Netherlands focusing on wrist and hand Traumatology.
Completed numerous advanced courses in hand Surgery, Reconstructive Surgery and Microsurgery as well as upper extremity flap surgery and also Participated in the Theoretical-Practical Course of Reconstructive Microsurgery as a teacher 20 years in a row.

Happy to introduce you our fifth international guest lector - Dr. Lorenzo Merlini, MD who is a hand and upper limb surgeon, based in Paris (France) with an international implication in sharing is experience through the IRCAD-IWC partnership.
After completing his orthopedic surgery residency in Lyon (France), he performed a fellowship at the Institut de la Main under the supervision of Pr. Christophe Mathoulin, among others.
Dr. Merlini then completed two years as an attending surgeon in the upper limb specialized surgical department of Avicenne teaching hospital (APHP, Bobigny, France).

Since 2020, he is a member of the Institut de la Main in Paris, and of the International Wrist Center (IWC).
Dr. Merlini walked in the steps of Pr. Mathoulin to become a specialist in wrist mini-invasive surgery and arthroscopy and contributes to progresses in this field with regular scientific publications and technique developments.

He is currently General Secretary of the IWC, and head of the Fellowship Program for the IWC Paris center.
Dr. Merlini is the Co-Director of the Advanced Wrist Arthroscopy Courses at the prestigious IRCAD center in Strasbourg and is involved in several international IRCAD-IWC courses.
Dr. Merlini is also involved with International Wrist Arthroscopy Society (IWAS) and is currently a member of the IWAS Executive Council.
