Happy to introduce you our sixth international guest lector - Dr. Alessandro Fenoglio, who has graduates with a Degree in Medicine and Surgery at the University of Turin in 1993. He completes his specialization in Orthopedics and Traumatology on November in 1999. In service at the SC of Hand Surgery of the CTO -ICORMA Hospital as Medical Director, from 31 December 1999. He has attended multiple congresses a speaker mainly in Turin, Austria, the UK and The Netherlands focusing on wrist and hand Traumatology.
Completed numerous advanced courses in hand Surgery, Reconstructive Surgery and Microsurgery as well as upper extremity flap surgery and also Participated in the Theoretical-Practical Course of Reconstructive Microsurgery as a teacher 20 years in a row.

Happy to introduce you our fifth international guest lector - Dr. Lorenzo Merlini, MD who is a hand and upper limb surgeon, based in Paris (France) with an international implication in sharing is experience through the IRCAD-IWC partnership.
After completing his orthopedic surgery residency in Lyon (France), he performed a fellowship at the Institut de la Main under the supervision of Pr. Christophe Mathoulin, among others.
Dr. Merlini then completed two years as an attending surgeon in the upper limb specialized surgical department of Avicenne teaching hospital (APHP, Bobigny, France).

Since 2020, he is a member of the Institut de la Main in Paris, and of the International Wrist Center (IWC).
Dr. Merlini walked in the steps of Pr. Mathoulin to become a specialist in wrist mini-invasive surgery and arthroscopy and contributes to progresses in this field with regular scientific publications and technique developments.

He is currently General Secretary of the IWC, and head of the Fellowship Program for the IWC Paris center.
Dr. Merlini is the Co-Director of the Advanced Wrist Arthroscopy Courses at the prestigious IRCAD center in Strasbourg and is involved in several international IRCAD-IWC courses.
Dr. Merlini is also involved with International Wrist Arthroscopy Society (IWAS) and is currently a member of the IWAS Executive Council.

Happy to introduce you our fourth international guest lector - Dr. Josephine Ip, who is the Chief of Division of Hand Surgery in Department of Orthopaedics & Traumatology in the University of Hong Kong.

She was the past President of Hong Kong Society for Surgery of the Hand, past Secretary of the Asian Pacific Federation for Surgery of the Hand. She was Congress President of the 7th Congress of APFSSH in 2008, International Congress of International Tetraplegia Rehabilitation and Reconstruction in 2013, International Congress of Congenital Difference in 2018. She is the founder of the Hong Kong Society for Diabetic Limb Care.

She is actively involved in clinical work in Hand Surgery, Microvascular reconstructive surgery and Diabetic hand & foot management. She is actively involved in basic research and applied research. She has over 100 publications including book chapters, peer reviewed journals and patents. Her research interest is in Biomaterials and their application in clinical problems including nerve conduit, bone regeneration and hand joint prosthesis. She is heavily involved in international voluntary operations in developing countries. Her main academic interest is in paralytic reconstruction.

She also has great contribution in the sports of Weightlifting & Powerlifting and she is the Chairperson of the Hong Kong Weightlifting & Powerlifting Association. She is selected to 'Hall of Fame' of International Powerlifting Federation for her contribution in the sports.

Happy to introduce you our third international guest lector - Christophe Pezzei, who has began his specialization in orthopedics in 1985 at HH Zams, Univ. Innsbruck Clinic, Speising Orthopedic Hospital and Lorenz Böhler Hospital in Vienna under Prof. Dr. Johannes Poigenfurst. Since 1999, he has participated in certified courses in hand surgery in Vienna at the Lorenz Böhler Accident Hospital. He has numerous scientific publications in the field of traumatology and surgery of the hand, and is engaged in intensive lecturing activities in Austria and abroad.

Guest lector Tufan Kaleli , who has been a chief of Hand Surgery Department Bursa Uludag University, Faculty of Medicine, Department of Orthopaedics and Traumatology, Bursa-Turkey (1993-2023). Since 2007 President of Turkish Hand Injury Prevention Society. From 2010 to 2018 Chairman of the FESSH Hand Injury Prevention Commission in the Hand Trauma Committee. President of 1st European Hand Injury Prevention Congress in 2009. President of the 14th National Hand and Upper Extremity Surgery Congress (Bursa-2014). Former President of Turkish Hand Surgery Society (2016-2018). President of IWC-Bursa,Turkey (2023).

Happy to introduce you our first international -
Guest lector Jorg Bahm, who has been a consultant for peripheral nerves in the Orthopaedic Department, Erasme University Hospital, Brussels, Belgium. He is an active member of the German (DGH) and Belgian (BHG) Hand Surgery Society and of the German Plastic Surgery Society (DGPRÄC). He is a member of the Narakas club for brachial plexus surgery and editor of the online Journal of Brachial Plexus and Peripheral Nerve Injury. He has written more than 50 scientific papers and presented at more than 200 congresses. Dr. Bahm was president of the BHG in 2012 and 2013 and congress president of the FESSH Hand Surgery congress 2012 in Antwerp, Belgium. His specific interests are peripheral nerve surgery and microsurgical reconstruction of the upper limb.
