💦Remembering to water the body is very important especially before and after the session.💦
When, for certain reasons, life energy does not flow through parts of the fascia, stagnation occurs and the layers of fascia stick to each other, are not properly hydrated, and simply dry out. During the session, we work on restoring the tissues' ability to slide against each other. 🙌💛
Living in the city of Sofia allows profiting from very good quality water. I'm thinking about hot springs. I'm truly amazed by the Miracle! -Wonderful quality mineral water in the city center. A Gift, going out directly from the depths of Eart, at a temperature perfectly tuned to our body, available for everybody!!!!

I've created a little ritual for myself, I'm bringing the water home every day. Every time I'm there, I feel so grateful for that gift, somehow I feel charged by the water, I feel the sacredness of the place. 🙏
Just some sadness arises when I see rubbish there... I've been cleaning them sometimes...I write these words with the hope that over time, more and more people will understand and appreciate what a miracle they have under their noses✨🙏✨
