🎉 A month later, and the excitement of Besta Challenge 2025 is still buzzing!
The fifth edition of our corporate decathlon was more than just sports – it was a celebration of team spirit, friendship, discipline and that spark that pushes us to outdo ourselves year after year.
The grand finale? Awards, smiles… and cake! Because we’re not just celebrating the winners – we’re celebrating five years of sharing the field, the track, and the court – five years of proving that teamwork is our ultimate superpower.
A huge thank-you to everyone who made this event unforgettable – and to our colleagues from Bulgaria and North Macedonia, who made this year even more colorful, loud, and exciting. ❤️
Now we close this chapter… only to start preparing for the next one. Year six, get ready – it’s going to be even bigger, even more emotional, and even more unforgettable!

🏐🏓 Besta Challenge wouldn’t be complete without a healthy dose of team spirit and good old-fashioned competitive fun – welcome to the group games!
After the solo challenges, it was time for the fan favorites – the team disciplines where strategy meets spontaneity, with laughter and goofy moments being 100% part of the game plan.
This round brought us the classics we all grew up with… and games that still get our hearts racing – and our feet chasing:

🏐 Volleyball
🏸 Badminton
🏓 Table tennis
Here, victory doesn’t go to the strongest, but to the most in-sync team. And when the rhythm is right, the smiles and applause follow naturally. 🙌

🧘‍♂️💪 Besta Challenge continues with disciplines for true masters of concentration, balance… and the art of staying still while suffering.
If you thought the previous rounds were intense – just wait until you see round three.
This time, it wasn’t about speed or strategy, but about iron will, burning thighs, and unshakable focus.
Presenting a set of “quiet” but brutally exhausting challenges:
🏋️‍♂️ Bar hang
🦋 Butterflies
🪑 Wall sit
🌳 Balance pose "Tree"
🏀 Basketball shootout
In these events, every second, every centimeter, and every muscle twitch counts.
It's the perfect balance between endurance, technique, and self-control that separates the challengers from the champions.
And we’re not done yet – the final wave of emotions is just around the corner!

At Besta Challenge, we don’t just flip tires and sprint – we know how to flip the game with the right strategy and a cool head.

🔥 Besta Challenge 2025 is officially in the books!
This year marks the fifth anniversary of the one and only corporate decathlon in Bulgaria – where team spirit meets both physical and mental grit, while our comfort zone was left happily resting at home.
On the last weekend of June, instead of enjoying the sea breeze and waves, our colleagues were hit with a full blast of endurance, speed, and adrenaline, with disciplines like:

🏃‍♀️ 1200 m run
🏃‍♂️ 400 m dash
⚡ 100 m sprint
🔁 4x200 m relay
💪 Sit-ups
🔩 Tire flipping
🏊Swimming

This year, we also had the pleasure of welcoming our amazing partners from Healthcare S, Pharmalake Bulgaria, and Hegen Pharma – with colleagues joining from our offices in Bulgaria and North Macedonia! 🫶
No doubt the sore muscles, dopamine and endorphin boost weren’t the only things we took home… What truly stayed with us was the warm sense of unity across our teams! Thank you for making this Besta Challenge even more unforgettable! Next year – we’re counting on seeing you again, with even more power and passion! ⛹️
