Стратегията:
"Така... Щанда на спонсорите е отсреща. Значи... Слизам от сцената. Бързо придвижване до него. Новия R-BAR е невероятно вкусен. Изяждам 1 протеинов бар. Два бара.. три бара. ..
Охх, грабвам една кутия и изчезвам!"

Here is my transformation so far this year..

The reaction to this transformation will no doubt reach two different types of people.

Those who will say well done and that’s amazing and those that will say its not possible without some form of performance enhancing substance.

For the record I am and always will be a natural athlete (Tell a lie! I have 5g of creatine monohydrate a day so only half natty in some peoples eyes) ;-)

Here is a few “justifications” for you type of people..

- At 29 years of age this is my 16th year of weight training having started when I was 13 years old

- I am an ex British Army soldier so very disciplined and having done two tours of Iraq I am used to switching my mind off from partying and focusing on getting s*t done!

- I am a full time fitness model and trainer so am around the gym all the time, making it easy to achieve this transformation

Pick whichever one you want as the above makes no difference in you achieving this yourself which you CAN do!

- Remove these negative thought processes!

- Realise that you can do ANYTHING you want in life provided that you are willing to work harder than anyone else to make it happen!

- Stop convincing yourself that you can’t do things and that other people are just “lucky” or have “good genetics” or are in some way doing things that you cannot do!

you CAN do it you just haven’t had the balls yet to do it!

- Stop trying to make yourself feel better by belittling others successes! The reality is you are only belittling yourself and hindering your own progresses in life!

The sooner you realise that you can rise above the rest of the herd by working harder, making small sacrifices and wanting success more than breathing you will make it happen!!!! In fitness, in business and in life!!!
