They say every dog leaves behind a shadow of waiting —
a silent presence by the door,
a warmth in the places they once lay.
In Japan, the story of Hachikō still echoes through time —
a dog who waited at a train station every evening for his master who would never return.
For nearly ten years, he came faithfully,
through rain and snow, through seasons that forgot his name,
reminding the world what devotion looks like when it asks for nothing in return.
If you love someone, that love is always carried in the ones left behind —
in their breath, in their steps, in every small gesture that remembers.
As long as they live, that love is treasured and captured inside of them,
growing quietly with time, becoming part of who they are.
It settles deep within, not fading but transforming,
like light that finds a new way to shine through shadow.

“The Light Within” — Calla Lily Urn
They say the Calla Lily blooms where heaven touches the earth.
In Greek legend, it was born from the milk of Hera, queen of the gods — a divine drop that fell upon the soil and blossomed into purity itself.
From that celestial moment, the lily became a symbol of rebirth, devotion, and the quiet strength of love that endures beyond all realms.
The Calla Lily Urn was created in the same spirit — a vessel of light and remembrance, shaped by human hands to mirror divine grace.
Its sculpted petals rise in a gentle spiral, echoing the ancient idea of the soul’s ascent — from the earthly to the eternal, from the visible to the unseen.
The golden heart within glows like Apollo’s flame, a reminder that memory is not bound by time but burns with sacred continuity.
Its vibrant yellow glaze, laced with fine craquelure, captures both fragility and radiance — as if touched by sunlight after rain.
In ancient Greece, the lily was offered to honor the passage between worlds — the transition not as an ending, but as a transformation.
So too does this urn hold that belief: that love, once given, becomes eternal —
changing form, like light itself, yet never ceasing to shine.
Handcrafted with reverence, the Calla Lily Urn is both a tribute and a promise —
a symbol of divine rebirth, of Hera’s purity and Apollo’s light —
and a sanctuary where beauty and memory intertwine forever.

“Feathers — The Whisper of Memory”
There was once a cat named Feathers, whose paws moved as lightly as her name foretold.
In the quiet corners of the house, she seemed to drift — a soft rustle more than a sound, a presence more than a sight. She was the keeper of calm mornings, of sunlight trembling on the floor, of gentle pauses between one heartbeat and the next.
The artists who shaped this urn sought to capture that same still grace.
Each brushstroke — the warm orange patterns against the porcelain white — recalls the hush of fur under a ray of afternoon light.
On her shoulder lies a single feather, a symbol of her spirit taking flight — delicate yet eternal.
The crackled glaze, fine as memory itself, mirrors the fragility of time,
while the eyes, painted with life’s quiet knowing, seem to watch over us still.
When the candle burns beside her, it flickers like her old favorite nap spot — beneath the window, where light and peace met perfectly.
Feathers may have left the world of touch,
but she remains in the world of warmth.
Each reflection in this urn is a whisper —
a reminder that love never truly disappears; it only changes form.

17/12/2025

In ancient Greek thought, geometry was never merely mathematical. It was sacred.
Plato believed that the universe itself was written in shapes — that harmony, soul, and memory followed invisible proportions long before they took material form.

This abstract vessel in violet draws directly from that lineage.

Its faceted body echoes the Platonic solids, forms the Greeks associated with the structure of reality itself — shapes believed to mediate between the earthly and the eternal. Every plane meets another not by accident, but by balance. No surface dominates; each responds to the others in quiet agreement. In this way, the object becomes a meditation on coexistence — on how absence and presence shape one another.

The violet hue was, in antiquity, the colour of liminality. Born from the meeting of red (life, blood, passion) and blue (mind, distance, infinity), violet marked thresholds — between worlds, between states of being. It was reserved for philosophers, initiates, and rituals of transformation. Here, it carries the same meaning: not an ending, but a passage.

At its apex, light emerges.

The candle does not sit on the form, but within it — as if memory itself were held by geometry. When lit, the flame animates the angles, sending soft reflections along each facet, reminding us that even the most solid structures respond to light, time, and care.

In this piece, abstraction becomes intimacy.
There is no figure, no portrait — only proportion, colour, and fire. And yet, it speaks unmistakably of remembrance.

“The soul has its shape in the spaces we hold sacred.”
Some forms speak to us without words — and the oval is one of them.
Soft, continuous, without corners or breaks, it represents the quiet cycle of life: a beginning that curves naturally into an end, and an end that folds gently back into memory.
This is why so many people choose oval-shaped urns for their loved ones.
The roundness brings comfort — it feels whole, complete, protective.
It resembles the shape of held hands, the curl of an embrace, the smooth stones shaped by rivers over centuries.
Objects like this do not demand attention; they offer presence.
Harmony Oily Green Melange continues this tradition with a surface that feels alive — deep green flecked with motion, like quiet waves or distant forests.
The glaze carries both softness and depth, echoing the way grief itself moves: calm one moment, vast the next.
When the candle is lit, the flame sits like a heartbeat at the top — a small, steady light reminding you that love remains, even when form has changed.
People choose Harmony because it does not stand as a monument, but as a companion.
It blends into peaceful spaces — balconies, gardens, living rooms — becoming part of the environment, part of the home, part of the quiet everyday rituals that keep memory alive.
✨ Harmony – for those who want remembrance to feel natural, warm, and whole.

16/12/2025

The Passage is shaped as a movement rather than an object.

Its form begins with an opening and returns to itself — a continuous curve that neither starts nor ends, but passes through. It does not enclose in the way a vessel traditionally does; instead, it embraces space, allowing absence and presence to exist together. What is held is not sealed away, but kept in gentle circulation.

This shape echoes ancient ways of understanding transition. In early philosophies of both East and West, continuity was not imagined as a straight line but as a fold, a turning inward that becomes a return. The form of The Passage reflects this idea: a body that bends without breaking, a path that curves rather than stops.

The hollow at its center is deliberate. It is not emptiness, but interval — the space where breath pauses, where memory settles, where light can rest. When a flame is placed within, it is sheltered rather than displayed, suggesting that remembrance does not need to announce itself to endure.

Held in the hands, the form feels active, almost alive — as if shaped by motion rather than carved from stillness. It invites touch, tracing, repetition. One follows the curve instinctively, again and again, the way remembrance itself moves: not forward, not backward, but around.

16/12/2025

Long ago, in places where stones remember footsteps and the earth keeps its own counsel, cats were believed to be guardians of thresholds — beings who belonged equally to stillness and motion.

These cats were never hurried.
They sat, lay, and watched.

In ancient traditions across East Asia, such watchful animals were not seen as idle. To remain still was a form of wisdom. To observe without interference was a way of protecting the balance of things. Cats were thought to notice what humans overlooked: subtle changes in light, the shift of wind, the moment when something unseen passed quietly by.

The figures in oily green mélangé carry that ancient role.

Their forms are simple, grounded, and deliberate. One sits upright, poised and attentive — the keeper of memory. Another rests low to the ground, folded into itself — the keeper of peace. Together, they echo the old belief that guardianship does not require force, only presence.

The green glaze recalls mossed stone, shaded gardens, and the deep calm of places untouched by urgency. It is the color of continuity — of life that returns again and again in quieter forms. In this hue, the cats seem as though they have risen gently from the earth itself, shaped by time rather than hands.

In old stories, such guardians did not follow souls.
They stayed behind — watching.

They held the space where love once moved freely, ensuring it remained safe, undisturbed, and whole. Their task was not to mourn, but to remember steadily, without fading.

These cats do the same.

They do not cry out.
They do not turn away.

They remain — calm, loyal, and quietly awake — keeping watch over what mattered, and still matters, deeply.

16/12/2025

In classical Chinese thought, echo is not merely repetition — it is resonance (應 yìng), the response between beings, between presence and absence. Ancient philosophers believed that what is truly felt does not vanish; it answers back, softly, across time and space.
Its flowing surface recalls the ancient concept of gǎnyìng (感應) — the belief that all things in the universe respond to one another through unseen currents. In early Chinese cosmology, sound, emotion, and spirit were understood as vibrations moving through qì (氣), the vital breath that binds heaven, earth, and living beings. Nothing truly exists in isolation; every action sends a tremor that waits to be answered.

Just as a bell struck in a mountain valley releases a voice that returns from stone and distance, so too does love respond — long after the hand has fallen still, long after the sound seems to have faded. The echo is not repetition, but recognition: proof that presence once existed and continues to be felt.

Every curve of the urn moves like a wave of sound across water, shaped by motion rather than force. In classical Chinese aesthetics, water was the perfect metaphor for memory — yielding, enduring, never broken. What enters it does not vanish; it travels, transforms, and remains part of the whole.

In Chinese poetry and landscape tradition, echoes were considered companions of the soul. A traveler’s call was answered by the mountains not as noise, but as reassurance. In temples carved into cliffs, monks believed that a returning chant carried prayers between worlds. To hear an echo was to know that something had been received.

16/12/2025

In China, bronze has never been just a material. From the Shang and Zhou dynasties onward, it became one of the most important carriers of meaning in the ancient world.
Chinese craftsmen perfected bronze casting more than 3,000 years ago, creating vessels, statues, and ritual objects with extraordinary precision. These bronzes were used in ceremonies honoring ancestors — a practice rooted in the belief that the living and the departed remain connected through respect and remembrance.
Many ritual vessels were inscribed with family histories, achievements, or blessings. They were meant to last indefinitely, preserving memory through generations. The distinct patinas that formed over time were not seen as wear, but as proof of endurance and authenticity.
For centuries, bronze symbolized continuity, reverence, and the passage between worlds — the visible and the invisible, the present and the remembered.
The Passage urn reflects this tradition. Its circular form echoes the idea found throughout Chinese ritual bronzes: that the bond between life and legacy does not break, it transforms — and remains, as bronze does, through time.

Pulvis Art Urns

In their desire to create a product that makes a difference Pulvis Art Urns supports the concept of a group of artists, ceramists and sculptors, who design and create models, which are far more than just traditional urns for ashes. Our initial idea is to create urns that imply the feeling of experiencing art.

With great attention to detail, the cremation urns for ashes are entirely hand-made of high-quality ceramic, produced according to the recipes of Pulvis Art Urns technologists. The various palette of colours is especially worked out by a team of artists and laboratory assistants, which aims at providing quality and aesthetics of the urns.

All the series are offered in two sizes, suitable for keeping at home and for performing funeral ceremonies and funeral arrangements.
