I love expressing through colours and scribbles. I have no talent as an artist producing a masterpiece but I have definitely loved tapping into my creative flow to create a new workshop - Art for anxiety. 3 distinct practices set a different pace, different expression and no expectations. Just us, music, colours and a statement. This is not art therapy, this is just a creative way to reduce stress and tap into our child like energy. I can’t really have favourites but this one is my current 🤭❤️
