Honey and milk face mask DIY recipe! 😌

🌿 Маска за лице с мед и мляко 🌿
Успокояваща, подхранваща и нежно почистваща маска за лице подходяща и за най-чувствителният тип кожа!

РЕЦЕПТА
1 с.л бял френски клей
1 ч.л цинков оксид (с не-нано размер на частиците)
3 с.л смляна лайка на прах
1 ч.л мед
1 ч.л прясно мляко

Инструкции:
✔️ Смесете всички съставки и разбъркайте до получаване на кремообразна паста.
✔️ Нанесете върху лицето и оставете да подейства за 10-15 минути.
✔️ Изплакнете с вода и се насладете на чиста и подхранена кожа! ❤️

🌿 Honey and milk face mask 🌿
A soothing, nourishing and gently cleansing face mask suitable for the most sensitive skin type!

RECIPE
1 tbsp White French clay
1 tsp of zinc oxide (non-nano particle size)
3 tbsp powdered chamomile
1 tsp honey
1 tsp fresh milk

Instructions:
✔️ Mix all ingredients until a creamy paste is obtained.
✔️ Apply on face and let it stay for 10-15 minutes.
✔️ Rinse off with water and enjoy your clean and nourished skin! ❤️

Етеричното масло от синя хвойна (Juniperus communis) се получава чрез парна дестилация на плодовете на растението. ⚗️Ароматът на маслото е дървесен, сладникав и леко пикантен. Използвайки маслото в аромадифузер то ще ви подейства заземяващо и успокояващо, а когато го разредите със зехтин става страхотно средство за третиране на мускулни болки и артрит! 😌

The essential oil from Juniperus communis is obtained thru the process called steam distillation of the fruits of the plant. ⚗️The aroma of the oil is woody, sweet and slightly spicy. Used in an aroma diffuser, the oil will make you feel grounded and relaxed. When diluted with olive oil Juniper oil becomes a great treatment for muscle pain and arthritis! 😌

Workshop: Handmade cosmetics with Rose oil

Hello everyone! My name is Kristina and I'll be your host for this workshop experience. I'm certified in Cosmetic Aromatherapy and I have a Master degree in Medicinal and Essential oil Plants. I’m a founder of a small cosmetic company and I'm very passionate to share all my knowledge and skills in handcrafting natural cosmetics, traditional Bulgarian essential oils and medicinal plants.

What we’ll do

We will visit my cosmetic laboratory and we will be doing for 2 hours and half handmade cosmetics with the traditional Bulgarian Rose and Lavender essential oils.

You will make your own Rose/ Lavender Body Balm and Rose/ Lavender Lip Balm. While crafting we will talk about how to use essential oils and carrier oils, what properties they possess, how to make infusions with herbs and other interesting topics related to cosmetics.
