✅ Antimicrobial painting of the aluminum housing

To ensure the best product quality and long lifetime, ACL combines an easy-to-clean, disinfectable and clean surface with the most efficient heat dissipation through our passively cooled aluminum housing with wet painting instead of powder coating. Even for small quantities, you are free to customize the housing with any color to your bespoke system. In addition, you have the option to choose one of our full antimicrobial paint colors that can withstand dozens of disinfections with no signs of wear.

✅ Customizable glass printing with your logo

We offer the individual glass printing as part of our German production. For the glass front made of Corning® Gorilla® Glass with anti-reflective coating (AR) and anti-fingerprint coating (AF), you can choose any desired color with your logo to your customized solution based on your needs.

✅ ACL height-adjustable wall station
The wall station is used for space-saving wall mounting of the OR-PC® devices up to 32" in combination with a foldable keyboard or keyboard/mouse combination. All cable connections are located inside the mounting. All required interfaces (e.g. USB, network connections) are splash-proof. The milled aluminum wall station can be completely disinfected and meets the highest standards of durability and quality.

✅ ACL desk stand
With the desk stand, OR-PC® and OR-MD® up to 27” can be used as desktop units. The elegant design matches ACL device concept and guarantees the best possible stability. The desk stand is made of aluminum, making it stable and easy to disinfect. It is available in various RAL colors.

✅ ACL cable cover
The cable cover is ideal for OR-PC® and OR-MD® up to 27" and can be manufactured in various RAL colors according to customer requirements. Its reliable and elegant design ensures organized and secure cable management. The cover made of aluminum has an easy-to-clean surface to meet strict hygiene standards.

ACL OR-CONSOLE® with customized logo printing has been successfully installed in 10 operating rooms at the Kazakh Institute of Oncology and Radiology in Almaty, that provides a multidisciplinary approach to cancer treatment, education and training. The OR-CONSOLE® is equipped with we**am, barcode scanner, RFID reader and DICOM.

From planning, measuring, configuration and production to the final installation of the OR-CONSOLE®, every step was carried out by our team in cooperation with our partner TND Medical Technologies.
