Workshop details:
• Dynamic Warm-Up + Mobility Prep
We’ll start by elevating the heart rate and opening the joints with controlled movements designed to wake up the hips, hamstrings, core, and spine. This sets the body up for deeper, safer flexibility work.
• Hamstring Flexibility Training
Learn techniques to lengthen the entire posterior chain—using both passive holds and active, strength-based mobility. We’ll explore half splits, standing hamstring variations, and drills that help you find more range without overstretching.
• Hip-Flexor & Quad Opening
Front splits require a LOT from the back leg. We’ll break down how to safely stretch the hip flexors, quads, and deep psoas so you can release tension and gain true length. Includes low lunge variations, quad grabs, and mobility pulses.
• Glute & Core Strength for Stability
Strength is the secret to real, lasting flexibility. Expect glute activations, controlled leg lifts, and core engagement drills to help support your pelvis and prevent collapsing into your joints.
• Active Flexibility (Strength at Length)
We’ll practice movements that teach your nervous system to feel safe while going deeper. This speeds up progress and makes your splits feel stable, not floppy or forced.
• Front Splits Progressions for All Levels
Whether you’re nowhere near the floor or already very flexible, you’ll get a personalized progression.

• Breathing + Relaxation Techniques

• Take-Home Daily Routine
You’ll leave with a simple 8–12 minute plan you can practice at home to keep progressing long after the workshop ends
