At Siemens Industry Software (Siemens) in Lahore, our wellbeing practitioner, Samiha Sajid, led a powerful session designed to help teams pause, reflect, and reset.

Through guided emotional check-ins, art therapy techniques, laughter and mindfulness-based stress reduction, participants were supported in building emotional awareness, expanding capacity, and reconnecting with themselves, even in the middle of a busy workday.
