A big Thank you to our beautiful patient for sending us her before and 6 weeks post op snaps, in spite of having moved out of the country, as well as for the lovely review. She’s had a mommy makeover with liposuction, abdominoplasty, breast augmentation and fat transfer to buttocks (BBL). Both she and us are delighted with the results.

What a terrific conference AESURG 2024 was, at the Hotel Leela Ambience, Gurugram, New Delhi, the 19th Annual Conference of the Indian Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons (IAAPS). There was a wealth of international and Indian faculty/speakers from across the globe, all luminaries in their field.
I was privileged to be invited as an international speaker as well, where I presented two talks on face and lift and labiaplasty respectively. Arrangements from the operative workshop, academic session to the fellowship and evening galas were all top notch. Congratulations to IAAPS and the organizing committee for an outstanding conference.

Uneven breasts can be a source of self-consciousness for many women. I had the privilege of helping this patient restore her confidence and achieve a more balanced silhouette through breast asymmetry surgery.

While natural asymmetry is common, significant differences in size or shape can affect self-esteem and even cause physical discomfort. By carefully assessing the individual case, we can determine the best surgical approach to achieve a natural-looking, symmetrical result.

In this particular case, we used a combination of techniques to:

•Reduce the size of and lift the larger breast to match the smaller one.
•Lift and reshape both breasts for improved symmetry and perkiness.
•Augment the smaller breast with fat transfer to achieve fuller volume and balance.

As is evident in these early results a natural, balanced appearance has been achieved that the patient is thrilled with. Her confidence shines through, and I am so grateful to have played a role in her journey.

Blepharoplasty, also known as an eyelid lift, is a cosmetic procedure that addresses excess skin and fat around the eyes. It can be performed on the upper eyelids, lower eyelids, or both.

Under-eye fat repositioning involves gently lifting and repositioning the fat pads beneath the eyes, filling in hollows and removing bulges thus creating a smoother, more youthful appearance. This technique is often preferred over fat removal as it helps to maintain the natural structure and support of the under-eye area.
