لا تهمل شرب السوائل بين الإفطار والسحور
التوتر مع الصيام قد يزيد من خطر الجفاف، لذا احرص على شرب الماء بانتظام خلال ساعات الإفطار.

Do not neglect adequate fluid intake between Iftar and Suhoor.
Stress combined with fasting increases the risk of dehydration, so make sure to drink water regularly during non-fasting hours.
