I wanted to share this blueberry smoothie that my clients are looooving at the moment.
I use an Ayurvedic approach so I’ve broken it down by ingredients and their benefits.
𝗛𝗢𝗠𝗘𝗠𝗔𝗗𝗘 𝗣𝗨𝗠𝗣𝗞𝗜𝗡 𝗦𝗘𝗘𝗗 𝗠𝗜𝗟𝗞 (anti-microbial, iron, magnesium and great source of essential fatty acids)
𝗕𝗟𝗨𝗘𝗕𝗘𝗥𝗥𝗜𝗘𝗦 (low GI fruit)
𝗖𝗢𝗖𝗢𝗡𝗨𝗧 𝗢𝗜𝗟 (antifungal)
𝗖𝗜𝗡𝗡𝗔𝗠𝗢𝗡 (antifungal and antibacterial)
𝗛𝗘𝗠𝗣 𝗦𝗘𝗘𝗗𝗦 (protein, omega 3 fatty acids and satiating)
