It's a wrap! Our final class in our Making Herbal Medicine Series was all about tinctures and elixirs.

We worked with calming milky oat tops % and heart opening fresh roses

We sampled an array of tinctures, oxymels, elixirs and cordials and identified plantain as the gateway drug to become addicted to herbalism!
