My Story
I've ridden the 'too big/too thin' rollercoaster in my life and know how hard it is to get started and to stay motivated to make a change. There is one thing that I know for sure - it's that the number on the scale or tape measure doesn't bring happiness or fulfillment. When we get real with ourselves and what is holding us back, we can take action towards our best life and we'll feel and look our best in the process.
After the ups & downs of my own journey and having trained hundreds of clients to success in their own lives, I've built programs that focus on
taking daily action to do the things that cultivate happiness & gratitude in life. While we work towards achieving our successes we focus on the abundance of the process. The momentum that we create gives us the confidence in knowing that our capabilities far exceed our own mental limitations.
Taking on too many things at once can leave us chasing our tails so being intentional, deliberate, and completely committing to a tested and tried process is what will get us to our goals while loving our every day journey.
Life is too short to spend projecting into the future or stuck reminiscing about the past, we need release the attachment to the outcome and focus on the here and now, the things that we CAN control and change.
