A frequent question from our followers is how to call for help through our devices in case of fainting. The answer is very simple!

Our Fall Sensor must be used as a pendant. Thus, there are two ways in which it can be activated:

1) it is possible to press the button and generate a call to the 24h Central.
2) in case of a fall and fainting, the device automatically triggers a call to the Central.

That is, if the elderly person falls and faints, the device will automatically ask for help, without the elderly needing to wake up to press the button.
