All of which play a role in the outcome when trying to conceive. Vitamin D deficiency has been linked to poorer outcomes in both natural and IVF conception. Whilst some studies have detailed good levels contributing to a positive correlation with TTC ending in pregnancy.

Omega 3 is an essential nutrient as we do not produce it naturally. It is a building block for hormone production, maintaining healthy levels and it supports egg health. This is especially important once pregnant, 60% of our brains are made of fat and the foetus relies heavily on the mother's reserves of Omega 3 for healthy growth and brain development.

Founder of Wild Nutrition, Henrietta Norton developed a passion for ashwagandha, also known as 'withania somniera', when she met an Ayurvedic doctor in Sri Lanka. The praise he gave this traditional herb inspired her to start using it herself.
