Are you or someone you know suffering from Degenerative Disc Disease?

A new, minimally invasive treatment using your own younger cells shows promising results!

The procedure involves taking a small amount of your bone marrow, concentrating the healing cells and injecting them directly into the damaged disc.

Menstrual migraines are a type of migraine that occurs in conjunction with a woman's menstrual cycle. They are typically triggered by hormonal fluctuations, particularly changes in estrogen levels that occur before or during menstruation.

Key Features of Menstrual Migraines:
🤍 Timing: Menstrual migraines usually occur in the days leading up to menstruation (the premenstrual phase) or during the first few days of the period. They can also occur during ovulation.
🤍 Symptoms: These migraines can present with symptoms typical of other migraines, such as severe headache, nausea, vomiting, sensitivity to light and sound, and sometimes aura (visual disturbances).
🤍 Frequency: Some women may experience menstrual migraines every cycle, while others may have them sporadically.
🤍 Diagnosis: Diagnosis is often made based on a pattern of headache occurrence in relation to the menstrual cycle. Keeping a headache diary can help track symptoms and triggers.
🤍 Management: Treatment may involve both acute therapies to relieve pain during an attack and preventive strategies to reduce the frequency of attacks. Hormonal treatments, lifestyle modifications, and specific medications (like triptans) are commonly used.

A vestibular migraine is a type of migraine that primarily involves dizziness and balance issues rather than the typical headache. It can cause symptoms like vertigo, lightheadedness, and spatial disorientation, often without a significant headache component.

People with vestibular migraines may experience episodes that can last from a few minutes to several days. These episodes can be triggered by various factors, including stress, certain foods, hormonal changes, or lack of sleep.

Treatment often involves lifestyle modifications, medications to prevent migraines, and strategies to manage symptoms during episodes.

Do you experience visual disturbances like flashes of light or zigzag lines before a migraine hits? 💥

You might be dealing with a migraine with aura! This type of migrane can be disorienting, but you don’t have to suffer in silence. We can help you identify triggers and find effective treatments.

A migraine with aura is a type of migraine that is preceded or accompanied by neurological symptoms known as "aura." These symptoms can include:
👉🏼 Visual disturbances: Flashes of light, zigzag lines, blind spots, or temporary vision loss.
👉🏼 Sensory changes: Tingling or numbness, often in the face or hands.
👉🏼 Speech difficulties: Trouble speaking or forming words.
👉🏼 Other neurological symptoms: Dizziness or confusion.

The aura typically lasts for about 20 to 60 minutes and is followed by the headache phase, which can be moderate to severe. Not everyone who experiences migraines will have aura, and it can vary from person to person.
