✔️ Trim your toenails (but not too short!) to avoid bruising or black toenails.
✔️ Moisturize your feet—but skip between the toes to avoid excess moisture.
✔️ Choose your socks wisely: moisture-wicking, seamless, and preferably already broken-in.
✔️ Never race in new shoes. Break them in or risk a painful surprise halfway through.
✔️ Use blister prevention tape or l**e in known hot spots. Prevention > treatment!
