SHAMANA METHOD PILATES 🌙

A method rooted in contemporary Pilates, developmental kinesiology and 2 decades of trial and error. This method has supported me through two pregnancy and postpartum journeys, hundreds of prenatal and postnatal clients and has always been the fall back plan in my own training.

It’s the foundation for holistic movement, recovery, injury prevention and for changing the way you see movement.

7 Years Together in Movement ✨🌙

This journey is one that I cannot imagine living without. Our doors opened on an idea, a hope, a prayer…that we could be a little slice of something different floating in the middle of the ocean.

I feel proud of our growth, change and direction. I feel humbled by the full rooms, sweaty bodies and incredible community we have created with you.

To my staff that supports every idea, new class, new student, old student, new policy, dead plant, clean floor…I see you. SHAMANA would not be who she is without you.
