This autumn, Solstice invites children and teens ages 4–19 to join our Saturday Groups — an engaging 8-week programme designed to nurture social-emotional literacy, self-identity, resilience, and flexible thinking.

Through creative art projects, nature-based activities, LEGO building, mindfulness games, and meaningful group discussions, participants will build skills that help them thrive through childhood and adolescence.

It's that time of year when we get to celebrate our amazing applied psychology assistants who successfully get into university programs of their choice. It's bitter sweet because we love that they get into good programs but sad cause they are leaving us. Goodbye Keren. We will miss you.

Last week at Solstice, our energetic Bermudian psychology interns had a fun week of camp helping our young campers learn about emotions.

Each week of camp, Solstice offers Bermudians with an interest in a career or is studying in a mental health related field an opportunity to gain experience as well as participate in psychology supervision. Solstice remains committed to providing opportunities for Bermudians to get experience.

While in Canada, our Managing Director Kelly Madeiros got to tour the Nova Scotia EHN treatment centre for addiction and mental health as well as meet their compassionate and dedicated team. Forging a close partnership with EHN Canada and Solstice under our Connection program is going to allow for seamless holistic treatment both overseas and locally.
