⚠️ BF&M + Argus Patients — Please Read⚠️

Starting December 1, 2025‼️your insurance provider now requires Pre-Certification for all GLP-1 medications.‼️

What’s changing:
• Your doctor or clinic nurse must submit a Pre-Cert form
• Approvals are valid 6 months
• Refills can only be dispensed monthly
• Applies to new + existing prescriptions
• No Pre-Cert = reduced or no coverage

ACTION NEEDED:
If you currently take Ozempic, Mounjaro, or Wegovy, contact your doctor now to request the Pre-Cert form be submitted before your next refill.

This helps prevent any delay in receiving your medication.

For the safety of our staff and community, our hours for Thursday, October 30th will be adjusted:

📍 Victoria Street: 8:00AM – 6:00PM
📍 HMC: 8:30AM – 5:00PM
📍 ACW: 8:00AM – 6:00PM

We plan to reopen all locations by 12:00PM on Friday, October 31st, pending official updates.

Please refill your prescriptions before close of business today to ensure you have at least a two-week supply on hand.
