FusionWorks class - Come out and enjoy the mix of Pilates and Yoga Flow class to get a well rounded complete workout. A series of controlled movements using your own body weight and gravity which will improve body awareness, toning, posture, balance, flexibility, additional core strengthening and decrease stress. Happy Easter Weekend 💐

Our Good Friday tradition of gathering, games, love and laughter.

I'm the Champion for Connect4 and Tic Tac tumble. Ebonae took the gold for the egg hunt. Nicky and I tied for completing the tumble Tetris. Lots of Laughs.

The Pringle crew are competitive but no one got hurt and no sore losers 'this year' HA

I will always listen to mommy instinct 😍💕

Some big decisions were made over the last two weeks but one more month of her first year university journey is complete. I'm a proud mom.

First year university equals independence, growth, trusting yourself, good habits, being safe while studying and having fun, exploring the new, meeting friends/acquaintances and becoming an adult.

I felt a shift and knew I just had to be there. When you're a career mom, you have to make decisions but one thing I will always do is pivot when it comes to supporting Paige. So grateful to have been able to do that. Flew out the next day and on my way back home now.

Favourite restaurants, shopping, walking in the freezing cold, laughs, arcade, watching Netflix, meeting a new friend and even a gym workout..... this week was much needed for us both and fed my mommy ego and soul. ❤️

I hope this empty nester phase gets easier, sigh.

Love you Paigee, see you in a month. Good luck with exams.

Happy International Womens Day

The theme this year was Give to Gain.

When you think beyond money and time, how do you give to gain?

My give to gain is always creating a safe place for family, friends, colleagues, wellness clients and corporate clients. My other give to gain is always honoring a woman in rooms they are not in at the time. From a referral, recommendation, resource, positive words or networking point of view 💜

The IWD Bermuda event always fills my heart and soul. Another year of great panelists and the 2026 Woman of the year is Latisha Lister-Burgess, congratulations 💜

I spent the day with a bestie, Laurie, 1st cousin Selena and Jennifer. Amazing day ladies HUGS

I first discovered Zaytinya back in 2022 on a solo trip, ordered the chef’s tasting menu, and instantly fell in love. ✨

Since then, I’ve made it a point to visit every chance I get — NYC ✔️ now Miami ✔️ Las Vegas, you’re officially next.

The food is consistently incredible, but those specialty Brussels sprouts? Absolutely unforgettable.

If you haven’t been yet, consider this your sign. Highly recommend.

It's the holidays, the best time of year to celebrate with family friends, near and far.

I hadn't seen my friend in 4 years since she left home. We celebrated our 50th this year and that didn't work out so when she said she's having a little get together, I made it happen.

Friends since we were 5 and both HR Leaders now. We went to a Global HR Festive cocktail hour, a club/bar and ended with her special holiday party. A fun few days to reconnect and celebrate our friendship. 🥰

Bianca is always representing. 🇧🇲 We put the Bermuda flag with the Poinsetta outside to welcome guests. And she made me my favorite cake, a Bianca special, an almond cream cake, yummy.
