Pusat Promosi Kesihatan dengan sukacitanya menjemput peserta yang telah mendaftar untuk laman sesawang Workplace Health Promotion (WHP) untuk menyertai kaji selidik ini mengenai penglibatan dan kepuasan modul atas talian WHP.

Kaji selidik ini adalah untuk mendapatkan maklum balas awda tentang setiap modul, termasuk tahap kegunaan dan daya tarikan modul tersebut. Jawapan awda akan membantu kami menambah baik modul, menangani sebarang kekurangan dalam perkongsian maklumat tentang gaya hidup sihat dan meningkatkan modul kesihatan masa hadapan. Semua jawapan awda akan dirahsiakan sepenuhnya dan tanpa nama, dan hanya akan digunakan untuk tujuan penilaian.

This survey is to get your feedback on each of the modules, including how useful and engaging they are. Your responses will help us improve the modules, address any gaps in how we share information about healthy lifestyles, and enhance future online health modules. All responses will be kept completely confidential and anonymous, and will only be used for evaluation purposes.
