f Companies, Negara Brunei Darussalam. After that Destiny Jaya Sdn Bhd has registered under the Ministry of Development on 11 August 2004, bearing class iii . Ever since Destiny Jaya Sdn Bhd was established, we have proven record in meeting the client requirements by using latest Building Construction Technologies. Currently, our clients include Ministry of Energy-Electricity and Water, Ministry of Defense, Ministry of Public Works, Ministry of Health, Public Authority of Housing Care, Ministry of Communications, Public and Private Sector Institutions and we closely work with the consultants and clients. The company was founded by Mohd Shahadat Hossain in 2004 under the name Destiny Jaya Sdn Bhd. Growth of this small, sole-proprietor building operation was inevitable as two entrepreneurs began to take on larger projects over a larger geographical area. Despite 11 years of successful operation in the building industry, partners sensed further opportunities in the civil construction industry and the company’s strategic direction was altered to take advantage of these opportunities. This decision proved to be very prudent as Destiny Jaya Sdn Bhd achieved steady growth due to the successful completion of a variety of regional projects. The company had now become medium-sized with increased staff levels and turnover. Destiny Jaya Sdn Bhd with the vision of becoming an even larger and more comprehensive civil construction organization. The continuing desire for quality and professional service was reaffirmed with this change. Since 2004 Destiny Jaya Sdn Bhd has gone from strength to strength, taking on larger and more ambitious projects. Project and contract management systems have been re-engineered to guarantee customer satisfaction. Destiny Jaya Sdn Bhd achieved QEST accreditation in 2004 and also updated their Health and Safety, Environmental and Quality policies and procedures. With a long and intimate history, it is no wonder the culture at Destiny Jaya Sdn Bhd is one of continual improvement. Today, Destiny Jaya Sdn Bhd takes on the role of main contractor for small to medium size projects and performs project management services to coordinates specialist trades for industrial/commercial projects.
